The Job
You’ll teach small groups of kids and adults English, with our curriculum and amazing methodology. (We hope you’re energetic—because our methodology is HIGH ENERGY, with lots of interaction.)
- We’ll train you on our revolutionary methodology…and provide lots of mentoring and feedback.
- We provide the curriculum and daily class material.
- You’ll have the same groups every day, so you’ll get to know your students and watch them grow. (It’s really, really rewarding to watch kids go from zero to speaking fluently!)
- Classes are in small groups of 6-12 students.
Important note—You will have an assigned schedule, with most of the classes in the afternoon/evening, so you’ll need to be available every day Monday-Friday in the afternoon/evening.
What we're looking for
- A passion for teaching, and some teaching experience.
- Excellent English and knowledge of English grammar.
- Lots of energy and a VERY positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and improve every day.
- A commitment to grow with us over the medium/long-term.
- Availability every weekday (Monday to Friday) in the afternoon and evening (our students take classes after school.)
- A quiet place where you can work without distractions
- A laptop/desktop (not a tablet or phone) with good internet, a good camera and a microphone.
The Benefits
- Paid training. If you complete the 4-week training, we will pay you for it.
- Curriculum and class materials prepared. You don’t need to prepare your own material. Just focus on teaching!
- Mentoring and feedback. Your coordinator will work directly with you to improve your teaching every week.

- Pay of US$5.00-$6.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn some additional bonuses.

- We usually schedule second and third interviews within a week.
- We’ll complete a background check.
- Then, 4 weeks of training.
- Finally, you’ll start your first classes (with lots of support and mentoring).
